Orders & Processing
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items are made to order and require 5-7 business days for production before shipping. Custom and personalized orders may take a little longer. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected.
Do you offer rush orders?
I may be able to accommodate rush orders depending on my current workload. Please contact me before placing your order to discuss timing and any additional fees.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Orders shipped via Expedited Parcel include full tracking. Small Packet shipments do not include tracking. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information (when available) once your order ships.
Custom & Personalized Orders
What's the difference between personalized and custom orders?
Personalized items: You're adding a name, date, or text to an existing design.
Custom orders: You have a completely unique idea that requires custom design work.

Can I send you my own design or logo?
Absolutely! For custom projects, you can email design files directly to kay@craftypleasures.com. I accept JPG, PNG, PDF, and other common image formats.
Will I see a proof before you make my item?
For simple personalizations (adding a name), a proof is not automatically provided, but you can request one in the order notes. For fully custom projects, you will always receive a digital proof for approval before production begins.
Shipping
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes! I ship to the U.S. via Canada Post. Please note that small customs processing fees may apply. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're in the Whitby, Ontario area, you can select "Local Pickup" at checkout. I'll reach out to arrange a convenient pickup time once your order is ready.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. Because every item at Crafty Pleasures is made to order specifically for you, all sales are non-refundable. This includes both personalized and non-personalized items.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged during shipping or there is an error on my part, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo. I will make it right! I may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the situation.
What if I made a mistake in my personalization?
Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, spelling) before placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made. If there is an error on my part in creating your order, I will gladly remake it at no charge.

What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods through Shopify's secure checkout.

Do you have a physical store?
I operate from my studio in Whitby, Ontario, but I don't have a retail storefront. However, local customers are welcome to select local pickup at checkout!
