Hello! I'm Kay, and I absolutely love helping you create one-of-a-kind items that bring a smile to your face. Whether you're adding a name to one of my existing designs or you have a completely new idea, you've come to the right place!
To make sure the process is smooth and fun, please find the option below that best fits what you're looking for.
Option 1: Personalized Items (Adding a Name, Date, etc.)
This is the perfect option for most of my popular items, like adding names to a birthday board, personalizing a tumbler, or putting a family name on a welcome sign.
How it Works:
- Find Your Item: Browse the shop and find the design you love.
- Use the Personalization Box: On the product page, you will see a box labeled "Add Your Personalization." Please enter your text exactly as you would like it to appear.
- Double-Check Your Spelling! Before adding the item to your cart, please take a moment to review the names, dates, and any other text you have entered for accuracy.
- Checkout: Simply complete your purchase as usual!
Please Note: For these simple personalization orders, a digital proof is not automatically sent. The text will be created exactly as you have entered it in the personalization box. If you would like a digital proof before I create your item, please add a note to your order at checkout, and I will happily send one over!
By placing your order, you confirm that all spelling and dates provided are correct.
Option 2: Fully Custom Projects (Your Unique Idea!)
Have an idea for something completely new? A logo for your business, a unique t-shirt design for a family reunion, or a special piece of home decor you can't find anywhere else? I would be thrilled to work with you to bring your vision to life!
How it Works:
Step 1: Send Me Your Idea
It all starts with your vision! Please contact me or email me directly with as much detail as you can provide:
- A description of your idea
- Any design files, logos, or inspiration images (attach to your email)
- Your preferred size, colors, and timeline
- Any specific text or personalization details
You can attach JPG, PNG, PDF, or other image files directly to your email!
Step 2: Quote & Payment
Based on your request, I will provide you with a quote. Once you are happy with the price, I will create a custom listing for you. All fully custom orders require full payment before any design work begins.
Step 3: The Digital Proof - Your Approval is Key!
I will create a digital mockup (a "proof") of your design and email it to you. This is your opportunity to review everything and make sure it is absolutely perfect.
Please check your proof carefully for spelling, grammar, dates, and layout. Once you give your final approval, the design is considered final.
Step 4: Creation & Production
Once you have approved the digital proof, I get to work! My standard production time for custom orders is 7-10 business days.
Step 5: Shipping or Pickup
As soon as your item is ready, it will be shipped out or made available for local pickup.
General Policies for All Personalized & Custom Orders
- Final Sale: Due to their unique nature, all personalized and custom orders are final sale. They cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- Accuracy: The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of all text provided at the time of order (for personalized items) or on the final approved proof (for fully custom projects).
- Cancellations: A custom order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided that design work has not yet begun.
